Job summary

Lexus of Royal Oak in Calgary, part of G3 Auto Group, invites you to join as a Service Advisor. You will guide guests through repair and maintenance, verify warranties, prepare repair orders, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.

You will communicate with guests, provide estimates, secure approvals, and promote post-service follow-ups to build lasting relationships in a fast-paced luxury dealership setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Service Advisor experience is an asset.
• Desire to provide a high level of customer service.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a team with an upbeat attitude.
• Self-motivating with excellent work ethic.
• Loves a fast-paced environment.
• A-class driver's license and clean driving abstract.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, schedule follow-up service appointments and collect vehicle information.
• Identify automotive problems from guest descriptions, review maintenance records and service schedules.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverages and explain provisions to guests.
• Upsell services based on guest inquiries or interests.
• Develop quotes by costing materials, supplies and labor and obtain approval signatures.
