Job summary

Genesis of Saskatoon, a member of FFUN Group, is seeking a high-energy Genesis Experience Manager (Car Sales Consultant) to build trusted relationships with guests and guide them to the right Genesis vehicle.

You will start the guest journey online through to physical delivery, conduct vehicle demonstrations, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and contribute to a turbo-charged sales environment rooted in guest care and professional service.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required.
• CRM knowledge is an asset.
• Understanding of automotive technology is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers, assisting them in selecting a vehicle.
• Start the guest’s journey online through to physical delivery.
• Conduct vehicle sales in line with dealership procedures to increase sales volume.
• Ensure all customers are handled in a positive manner.

We’re looking for a high-energy, people-focused Genesis Experience Manager (Car Sales Consultant) who is motivated by success and ready to build a career in luxury automotive sales.

As a key point of contact for our guests, you’ll create personalized, memorable experiences while helping customers find the right Genesis vehicle. If you bring confidence, professionalism, and a genuine passion for people, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build strong relationships with customers, assisting them in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs.
• Starting the guest’s journey online through to physical delivery
• Conduct sales of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures with the prospect to increase sales volume.
• Ensure all customers and potential sales customers of the dealership are handled in a positive manner.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of our current vehicle inventory and deliver strong product knowledge.
• Perform high quality and professional vehicle demonstrations for customers.
• Follow up on delivered vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction is met.
• Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management

What we're looking for:

• Previous sales experience is required
• Excellent understanding of todays technologies available in the automotive industry
• Valid Saskatchewan Drivers License
• Self-driven and motivated to achieve results
• Passionate about guest satisfaction
• CRM knowledge an asset
