Genesis of Saskatoon is seeking a friendly Valet Concierge to warmly welcome guests, coordinate valet services, and ensure vehicles are handled with care. This full-time role offers a Monday to Friday schedule and the opportunity to grow within the FFUN Group.

As the first and last contact, you’ll review service work orders with guests, assist with arrivals and transportation, and help guests discover vehicle features.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• A polished, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude.

What you'll be doing:

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
• Coordinate valet pick-up and delivery services while ensuring vehicles are handled with care
• Complete vehicle walkarounds and accurately review service work orders with guests
• Assist customers with appointment arrivals, transportation arrangements, and loaner vehicle coordination
• Introduce guests to key vehicle features and answer basic questions as needed
• Maintain clear communication between guests, service advisors, and sales teams
• Help create a seamless luxury experience at every stage of the customer journey
• Ensure all guest interactions reflect the premium standards of the Genesis brand

What we're looking for:

• Experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, or guest-facing roles (automotive experience is an asset but not required)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• A polished, professional, and approachable demeanor
• A passion for delivering personalized and memorable customer experiences
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependability, integrity, and a strong sense of accountability
• Confidence driving a variety of vehicles and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• A positive attitude and commitment to exceeding guest expectations
