Job summary

Just Sales Jobs is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell custom-engineered protective packaging to manufacturers, food manufacturers, and e-commerce distributors in the Greater Toronto Area, with a focus on GTA West. You will engage owners, C-suite executives, and procurement contacts, mainly through new business development in Year 1.

In Year 2 the role shifts to 75% new business and 25% account management, with inbound warm leads and self-prospected opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B outside sales with a proven self-developed territory.
• 2–5 years of packaging industry experience (protective packaging).
• Strong hunter mentality with a record of building from scratch.

Responsibilities

• 100% New Business Development in Year 1; 0% Account Management in Year 1.
• Year 2 split to 75% New Business Development and 25% Account Management.
• Prospecting manufacturers, food manufacturers, and e-commerce distributors across GTA West.
• Run demos, prepare quotes, and manage CRM pipeline.
