Job summary

Imperial Brady Canada, via CPP, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Packaging segment covering the Montreal geographic territory (Saint-Laurent, QC). The role focuses on growing a base portfolio, expanding into new markets, and increasing sales profitability while supporting vendor programs and corporate initiatives.

The candidate will manage a territory, develop plans, and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and French communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Results-oriented with a competitive drive.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop base portfolio of customers and grow the territory.
• Increase sales with existing customers and pursue new opportunities.
• Develop and execute a call plan, conduct business reviews and manage a sales pipeline.
• Identify and secure new customers and target accounts in packaging.
• Support vendor programs and corporate marketing initiatives.
• Maintain CRM data (Salesforce) and handle quotes, pricing, and orders.
