What You’ll Do
  • Support the regional implementation and ongoing adoption of Aptean tools, ensuring teams are trained, aligned, and equipped to use the system effectively.
  • Partner with Customer Service to verify order accuracy, confirm customer requirements, and resolve discrepancies before production.
  • Provide timely communication on production progress, order status, and delivery timelines to internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate production and shipping activities across all MB mills, ensuring alignment of schedules, capacity, and operational priorities.
  • Manage outbound shipping schedules and distribute shipment plans to internal teams, carriers, and external partners.
  • Coordinate with vendors to arrange and confirm both bagged and bulk deliveries, ensuring accuracy and on‑time execution.
  • Collaborate closely with production planning teams to align production capacity with customer demand and shipping timelines.
  • Communicate shipment plans, start times, load details, and schedule updates clearly and consistently to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Optimize delivery routes by assessing geography, truck capacity, timelines, and priority requirements to improve efficiency and service reliability.
Who We’re Looking For
  • 2 - 3 years in manufacturing ERP experience an asset
  • Good computer skills
  • A highly organized, proactive coordinator who thrives in fast‑paced environments and enjoys being at the center of operations, ensuring smooth planning and timely delivery.
You’ll Also Need
  • Experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work on‑site 5 days/week
  • Comfort with ERP / SAP systems is an asset
