Job summary

GRC Concierge in Ottawa, ON is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and expand existing client relationships. The role covers prospecting, discovery, and consultative selling of advisory, engineering, and managed services.

You will manage the full sales cycle, from proposal through contract negotiations, coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in B2B sales, account management, and pipeline development.
• Ability to conduct consultative discovery, solution selling, and negotiation.
• Familiarity with security/compliance domains and willingness to learn GRC platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective customers in the security/compliance space.
• Conduct discovery calls and present advisory, engineering, and managed services.
• Manage full sales cycle: proposal, pricing, contract negotiations, and coordination with technical teams.
• Maintain an active pipeline and use CRM to track opportunities; forecast and report.
