Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Senior Solution Sales Executive to drive new business and expansion with executive buyers in Canada. You’ll focus on the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) suite and work with cross-functional teams to deliver multi-solution sales.

You will build relationships, craft compelling demos, address objections, and guide deals to close, while forecasting pipeline and reporting in CRM. Travel up to 30% in Central Canada may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in a related role - GRC consulting or similar complex GRC solution sales
• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience
• Ability to navigate and deliver sales success across large, enterprise organizations

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out sales opportunities with peer Sales teams, Inside Sales, and Partnerships to generate qualified sales pipeline
• Deliver a compelling demonstration of the Workiva platform
• Address objections and provide solutions to client challenges
• Lead the sales process and close by showcasing Workiva's value proposition
• Update CRM with customer contacts and pipeline data
• Provide forward-looking information through pipeline analysis to forecast sales
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to secure the sale
• Coordinate with internal teams to optimize resources and support accounts
