Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Account Executive – Enterprise Solutions (Security Systems) in South West Ontario. You will prospect, cultivate relationships, and close opportunities within education, healthcare, industrial and commercial sectors, focusing on building strategic accounts and cross-selling.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into customized proposals, negotiate terms, and support collections when needed, aiming to maximize project success and

Qualifications

• Five years of account development or sales experience.
• Three+ years of sales in a technology-focused industry preferred.
• Product-specific knowledge: Lenel, Genetec, CCure, AMAG.
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Sells core business integrated solutions for service and installation projects and builds strategic accounts.
• Develops and implements sales marketing strategies to penetrate multiple vertical markets.
• Negotiates favorable terms and conditions to maximize cash flow and assist with collections when needed.
• Develops detailed cost estimates with estimating and operations teams.
• Communicates project requirements and milestones to clients and internal teams.
