Job summary

Classic Fire + Life Safety is seeking an Account Manager-Service Sales in Ottawa to grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities within our service and inspection portfolios. You will manage quotes, support the sales cycle, and build lasting client relationships.

The role emphasizes CRM usage, collaboration across service teams, and delivering value-aligned solutions in a primarily office-based environment in Ontario.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of inside sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience preparing quotations and sales documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Promote, specify, and sell CFLS products and services while serving as a subject matter expert.
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to build a sales pipeline.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Prepare, review, and manage quotations, reports, and proposals with accuracy and speed.
• Maintain long-term relationships and seek renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Care, Operations, Service Teams, and Sales Specialists to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and generate sales reports.
