Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for new and existing patients - by phone, email, or in person
Collect key information from new patient inquiries and guide them through the next steps
Present treatment and financial options to patients with confidence and clarity
Review contracts and payment plans with new patients and their families
Coordinate insurance information and respond to coverage inquiries
Handle payments and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
Conduct follow-up calls and assist with re-booking appointments
Prepare letters for doctors and collect required signatures
Office Reception duties - answer phone, email, text, schedule patients, check patients in/out
Other administrative or patient care duties as required
