Job summary

You will manage data entry, procurement, expediting, updates and returns, and collaborate with sales, Lakeside teams and vendors to ensure customer needs are fulfilled.

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma is required.
• 1–3 years of customer service and/or purchasing experience.
• Previous order entry experience.
• High level of accuracy and detail with error-free orders.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Entrepreneurial work ethic and strong multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships by accommodating preferences and maintaining professional communication.
• Complete order management, including data entry, procurement, expediting, updating information in business system and status reports, and obtaining and storing correspondence and documentation.
• Manage team's product returns from the point of customer request through to completion.
• Assist and collaborate with sales team, other Lakeside teams, vendors, etc. to ensure that customer needs are fulfilled.
• Various other sales and support functions within the team.
