The pay range for the role is $52,300 to $87,100.
The Customer Supply Chain Representative owns day‑to‑day order fulfillment and customer communications for assigned accounts, ensuring customer commitments are executed reliably within the short‑term supply chain horizon. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Supply Chain, this role is responsible for translating customer orders and demand signals into accurate execution, while proactively managing exceptions and service risks.
As the primary point of contact for customer order execution, the Representative executes mitigation actions agreed through the Integrated Tactical Planning (ITP) process, ensures allocation and fulfillment decisions are implemented as planned, and communicates clearly with customers when issues arise. The role also plays a key part in surfacing demand signals, recurring issues, and execution insights to support continuous improvement.
Working closely with Sales, Planning, Operations, Logistics, Transportation, QA, and IT, the Customer Supply Chain Representative helps ensure consistent execution, timely issue resolution, and dependable service across the end‑to‑end supply chain.
