Ideal candidates have 3–5 years supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in industrial, manufacturing, logistics or operations environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
• Experience in a unionized environment is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• First Aid/CPR certification is considered an asset.
• Post-secondary education in Business or Operations is preferred.
