Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising warehouse or production operations.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and PPE compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse and production associates’ schedules and responsibilities.
• Collaborate with R&D and Quality to ensure products meet quality and customer requirements.
• Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to employees.
• Monitor performance and enforce SOPs and policies.
• Maintain ERP transaction accuracy and up-to-date records.
• Supervise batch paint production and monitor quality checks.
• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of equipment; enforce safety protocols.
