Job summary

Responsibilities include real-time task allocation via WMS, training staff on SOPs and safety, inventory checks, equipment tracking, and providing coverage to shipping/receiving. The role requires excellent communication and multitasking under pressure.

Qualifications

• Post secondary degree or diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years in distribution or personnel management.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage time and priorities and stay composed under pressure.
• Strong multi-tasking capability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in real-time decision making using a warehouse management system to allocate work and staff.
• Train employees on procedures, health and safety, and SOPs.
• Perform daily inventory of pallets and monitor equipment maintenance.
• Provide support to shipping/receiving leads and administration.
• Conduct investigations and participate in safety committees as needed.
