About the role: Operations Manager

In this role, you will mentor and support your workforce, lead large-scale projects with regional impact, and ensure we meet customer delivery promises. Your responsibilities include building productivity plans, managing safety and quality, and collaborating with support teams like Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources.

You will also need to be physically active—lifting up to 49 pounds, standing/walking for up to 12 hours, and working in varied noise levels and temperatures. Success in this position requires a flexible mindset, problem-solving skills, and dedication to customer-focused operations.
