Job summary

TEN Canada Ltd. in Cornwall is seeking an Operations Coordinator for a 3-month contract to oversee the rental counter and on-site administration, ensuring smooth, customer-focused operations daily.

You will maintain and document trailer inventories, coordinate with the Service Department for repairs, and provide accurate information about trailer availability to customers, sales, and operations teams. Strong organization and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the trailer/transportation industry is an asset.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong customer services skills, ability to prioritize and multitask and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and document on-site inventories of trailers and communicate findings to the operations team daily, primarily through Yard Checks.
• Liaise with the Service Department to ensure trailers requiring repairs are processed.
• Provide information about rental items, such as availability, operation or description of trailers to customers/sales/operations team.
• Answer and follow up on all telephone inquiries from customers/sales/operations team regarding trailer inventory and receive orders.
