Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a knack for making customers feel valued.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and experience with Systematics.
• Familiarity with construction equipment is a plus.
• Strong time-management and planning skills.
• Team player with ability to work collaboratively in a branch.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of our branch by engaging with customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Coordinate equipment rentals, deliveries, and returns with paperwork and contracts.
• Assist with loading/unloading customer pick-ups and stocking shelves.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive and efficient environment.
• Balance funds and verify invoices at day’s end.
• Open/close the branch when needed.
• Monitor rental equipment and saleable goods to meet customer needs.
• Follow safety protocols and environmentally sound practices.
