Qualifications

• 3–5 years in admin, rental coordination or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Be the master tracker: monitor rental assets, customer info, fleet status, contracts, and paperwork.
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries and logistics from local to cross-border shipments.
• Assist with billing and invoicing accuracy and paperwork control.
• Partner with suppliers to set up purchase orders and ensure parts are available.
• Maintain equipment visibility in GeoForce GPS system.
• Support warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory.
• Cross-train with teammates to keep the crew sharp.
• Deliver excellent customer service and problem-solving experiences.
