• 2+ years in service and parts department preferred.
• Aggressive and quick learner; thrives on collaboration and continuous education.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at the branch(es) to support timely service and reduce loss.
• Order parts via sourcing procedures with Centralized Parts Ordering; ensure on-time, defect-free deliveries.
• Receive and store parts; maintain PartNet updates and perform regular cycle counts.
• Manage new and used battery inventory; ensure tires are stocked appropriately.
• Coordinate with warranty and repairs teams; ensure timely processing and scheduling.
• Support branch financial performance and profitability; assist Branch and District Financial Managers.
