Job summary

Toromont Material Handling is seeking a Rental Coordinator in Canada to assist customers with rental needs, process agreements, and promote products in line with company policy. The role offers a full-time, permanent position with a base salary of CAD 53,125 to CAD 66,407.50 plus potential bonuses.

You will enter bookings in IRS/DBS, coordinate transportation, manage invoicing and order processing, and work closely with customers and the rental team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Must-have: EC in science of administration with 3–5 years’ experience.
• MS Office including Word and Excel familiarity; DBS/IRS system experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with rental needs and process rentals in IRS/DBS system.
• Complete rental agreements in DBS/IRS and generate rental invoicing.
• Coordinate transportation and obtain credit authorizations for shipments.
