• 2+ years in service and parts department preferred.
• Agile and quick learner, collaborative mindset.
• Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
• Willingness to travel and complete Penske employment processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity to support timely service and profitability.
• Order parts via sourcing procedures; coordinate with Centralized Parts Ordering.
• Receive and store parts; perform inventory cycle counts; ensure availability.
• Manage new and used battery inventory and tire stock.
• Ship warranty items on time; follow up on returns and warranty-grams.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to schedule repairs as parts arrive.
• Provide vendor support and ensure correct payment processing.
• Support branch financial managers with performance insights.
