Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking an Operations Analyst to drive data-driven improvements across sorting stations and regional operations in Canada. You will analyze performance, create actionable reports, and partner with teams to implement efficiency initiatives.

The role emphasizes Lean/Six Sigma methods, Power BI proficiency, and strong communication to translate data into strategic actions in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations analytics or similar role.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
