Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking a warehouse associate to support unloading trailers, verify freight against manifests, scan and sort packages, and assist shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory control.

You will process returns, print labels, complete documentation, respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, train new employees, and uphold Health & Safety standards in a clean, hazard‑free environment while collaborating with Operations teams to ensure quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist unloading trailers and verify freight against manifests
• Scan, sort, and process packages, including defective items and returns
• Print labels and prepare required documentation
• Process broker returns and return-to-clients shipments
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Train and mentor new employees
• Collaborate with Operations teams to uphold quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized and hazard-free work environment
• Comply with Health & Safety protocols
