Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking a detail‑oriented warehouse associate to join our Calgary site. This role handles unloading trailers, scanning and sorting packages, managing returns, and supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

You will perform data entry, print labels, and assist customers at the front desk as needed. Ideal candidates will follow SOPs to resolve delivery issues, contribute to a safe work environment, and collaborate with Operations teams to maintain quality

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Scan, sort, and process packages, including defective items and returns.
• Conduct van audits and support sorting operations.
• Support and assist shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management.
• Process returns and complete required documentation in accordance with SOPs.
• Handle customer pickups and front desk assistance to customer.
• Resolve delivery issues by following SOPs and coordinating with relevant teams.
• Print labels and prepare required documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized and hazard-free work environment.
• Provide support for clients and IDCs.
