Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly in Laval, Quebec seeks a hands-on Warehouse Associate to unload trailers, verify freight, and sort packages. You will support shipping, receiving, and inventory management while assisting with documentation and customer pickups.

This role offers growth and a chance to contribute to operational efficiency. Training will be provided; you will mentor new hires, maintain a safe workspace, and collaborate with operations to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Assist in unloading trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Scan, sort, and process packages, including returns and defects.
• Print labels and prepare required documentation.
• Support shipping, receiving, dispatching and inventory management.
• Train and mentor new employees and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve delivery issues by following SOPs with relevant teams.
• Process broker returns and return-to-client shipments.
• Complete daily reports and maintain accurate records.
• Perform data entry tasks as needed and respond to customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with Operations to uphold quality standards and maintain a clean workspace.
