Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking an Operations Excellence professional focused on continuous improvement across sorting stations. You will identify inefficiencies, perform root cause analyses, and organize Kaizen events to optimize workflows and engage teams.

You will monitor SOP adherence, support major deployments, and provide training to raise performance. A related degree and Lean Six Sigma knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Educational Sciences, Educational Technology or a related field.
  • 3–10 years of experience in operations, preferably in logistics.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is an asset (Green Belt preferred).
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and perform root cause analysis with operational teams.
  • Organize and facilitate Kaizen exercises at stations to optimize processes.
  • Monitor SOP adherence and lead quality reviews and audits across stations.
  • Support major deployments by validating process readiness and identifying risks.
  • Provide refresher training and upskilling based on performance gaps.

Continuous ImprovementHelp identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities with operational teams.Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues.Organize and facilitate Kaizen exercises at stations to optimize processes and help foster team engagement.Work closely with the control tower to act quickly on-site when issues arise.Evaluate opportunities to enhance speed to market and overall operational efficiency.2. Operational Quality & Process ComplianceMonitor and reinforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across stationsAccompany operational leaders on how to lead quality reviews and operational audits (sorting, staging, loadout, etc.)Identify gaps in execution and drive corrective actionsSupport the deployment and adherence to Intelcom’s Quality Management System (QMS)3. Implementation Project SupportSupport major deployments by validating process readiness, identifying operational risks, and confirming that new workflows are practical for station execution.Provide process feedback during rollout and escalate improvement opportunities to central teams.Track early performance results after implementation and identify corrective actions where expected benefits are not materializing.Close the loop with Engineering, Product, Health & Safety, and Loss Prevention on process gaps, risks, and field learnings.4.
