Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is expanding its Fort St. John warehouse team to handle fast-paced sorting and shipping operations. The role includes unloading trailers, verifying freight against manifests, scanning and sorting packages, processing returns, and assisting with inventory management in a safety-first environment.

We value reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail. You will support customer pickups, coordinate with other lines of operations, and help maintain documentation and reports

Qualifications

• Ability to unload trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Scan, sort, and process packages, including defective items and returns.
• Follow SOPs and maintain accurate records and daily reports.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading trailers and verify freight against manifests.

• Print labels and prepare required documentation.
• Process broker returns and return-to-clients shipments.
• Complete supervisor-assigned tasks and keep a clean, hazard-free work area.
