Operations Administrator Combermere, ON Full Time, On-site

SUMMARY

Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, the Operations Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with receiving and administration coordination using JDEdwards and Agility.

Expected Contributions
  • Be the on-site expert user of the Receiving process in JDE and Agility.
  • Receive lumber deliveries as they arrive in the Agility system and then confirm the receipts in the JDE system.
  • Assist, when needed, with data entry of production costs and shipping confirmations in JDE.
  • Review inbound documents to confirm order accuracy.
  • Assist with other duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Lumber manufacturing or lumber yard experience an asset
  • Minimum two years' related experience an asset
  • Knowledge of inventory administration, and shipping and receiving in a computerized system
  • Able to communicate effectively with internal staff and work in a team-focused environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and an aptitude for planning
  • Aptitude for details and solid math skills
  • Proficient with Excel, JDE, Agility.
