Job summary

H&S Building Supplies Ltd. in Vaughan, Ontario, is seeking an Account Executive for outside sales to grow our portfolio of property management accounts across Southern Ontario.

You will build relationships, re-engage customers, and create new opportunities in a field-based role. You will own a named list of accounts, travel regularly, forecast through a CRM, and drive growth with an uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hunting (opening doors), building relationships, and growing accounts in B2B field sales.
• Comfort with a long sales cycle.
• Distribution/building products or property management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a named list of accounts with clear growth targets.
• Win back accounts and open new ones in the core market.
• Spend time in the field: head offices, site visits, building walk-throughs.
• Run your pipeline in our CRM and discuss it at weekly sales meetings.
• Collaborate with VP-level account owners in the field.
