Job summary

Just Sales Jobs is hiring a Territory Outside Sales Representative to own an Ontario territory from Mississauga to Kingston. You will prospect, close, and manage accounts, while collaborating with engineering teams to specify products. Expect a hybrid schedule with 2 days in the Mississauga office and significant field time.

The role includes uncapped commissions, a base salary of CAD 85,000, and an OTE of CAD 110,000–125,000 with strong bonus potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of B2B outside field sales experience.
• Experience in hunter‑oriented sales with pipeline and new accounts.
• Able to have technical conversations with engineering/R&D teams.
• Valid Ontario driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle for territory visits.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow an Ontario territory east of Highway 10 through Kingston.
• Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days/week in Mississauga office; rest field-based.
• Develop new logos while managing and expanding existing accounts.
• Lead sales calls with multi‑stakeholder buyers and coordinate with engineering teams.
