Job summary

Bill Gosling Outsourcing is hiring a Desktop Support Technician to assist end users with basic IT needs, hardware and software troubleshooting, and workstation maintenance at our Barrie office. Onsite work and collaboration with a global team ensure systems stay aligned with business goals.

You will support the Helpdesk, deploy workstations, and help streamline processes across channels. Prior hardware/software knowledge and customer-focused mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; IT study preferred.
Post-secondary IT education preferred.
Knowledge of IT support for hardware and software.

Responsibilities

Assist the Helpdesk Support team with desktop tasks and workstation deployment.
Support end users with hardware and software issues onsite and remotely.
Maintain and install end-user workstation equipment and peripherals.
Collaborate with IT and business teams across channels (voice, SMS, chat).
Monitor operations and improve processes for tech efficiency.
Knowledge of workstations, telephony software, and related peripherals.
