Job summary

Push Operations is a remote‑first SaaS company redefining people management. We’re hiring an intermediate Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding, deliver 4–5 training sessions daily, and translate technical processes into clear, actionable content for new customers.

You’ll guide clients through a thoughtful learning journey during their first 90 days, becoming their product expert and trusted advisor.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a client-facing role focused on training, onboarding, or support, ideally at a tech/SaaS company.
• Strong ability to teach: simplify complex concepts and communicate clearly.
• Highly proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 4–5 engaging training sessions per day, tailoring each to the client’s workflows and goals.
• Make interactions count, ensuring clients leave sessions with greater clarity and momentum.
• Use deep product knowledge to help clients adopt Push efficiently and effectively.
• Identify knowledge gaps and create custom learning paths to speed value realization.
• Act as a trusted product advisor, teaching why features matter for the business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience from start to finish.
• Gather and relay client feedback to the Product team for future improvements.
• Educate on opportunities to extend Push usage when aligned with client needs.
