Job summary

Valsoft Corporation is seeking an Implementation Consultant to guide customers through onboarding, configuration, training, testing, and go-live activities, ensuring value realization from our software.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Support, and Development to deliver a seamless implementation, manage multiple projects, and support ongoing adoption with strong communication and best-practice recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementations, onboarding, customer success, or related roles.
• Experience managing multiple projects or engagements simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Gather requirements and support configuration; coordinate timelines and milestones.
• Provide training sessions and create training materials and guides.
• Serve as primary point of contact and maintain proactive project updates.
• Contribute to process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
