Motion is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join a AI-native marketing team. This role focuses on building pipeline and nurturing existing customers through outbound and inbound efforts, leveraging Motion’s AI tools to craft personalized campaigns and drive adoption.

You'll work across GTM, engage mid-market accounts, and collaborate with leadership to optimize the funnel. A strong communicator with a knack for high-velocity sales will thrive in our remote-first, hybrid-friendly

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of outbound or high-velocity sales experience across SDR/BDR roles or similar.
• AI-native mindset; comfortable with AI tools in daily workflows.
• Ability to craft outreach that earns replies and scales without losing quality.

Responsibilities

• Flex across the full go-to-market motion as needed.
• Drive net-new pipeline targeting high-fit mid-market accounts.
• Collaborate with the team to define plays and share what converts.
• Write outreach that engages prospects via email, LinkedIn, and follow-ups.
• Leverage Motion’s AI product to create personalized assets for campaigns.
• Turn replies into booked meetings with managers; qualify-fit conversations.
