Job summary

Employment Professionals Canada is seeking an HR Onboarding Coordinator to oversee the full onboarding lifecycle for new hires, from scheduling to orientation and documentation. You’ll collaborate with IT, facilities, and HR to ensure a smooth first day, compliance, and effective onboarding.

This role offers some remote work flexibility within Canada during peak periods, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in an HR or administrative role, with onboarding or orientation focus preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires, including scheduling training and orientations.
• Conduct new hire orientation sessions and introduce new hires to key teams and systems.
• Liaise with IT, facilities, and departments to ensure equipment, access, and workspace readiness.
• Ensure onboarding activities comply with labor laws and company policies; maintain records.
• Gather feedback to improve the onboarding process and stay updated on best practices.
• Serve as primary point of contact for new hires during onboarding and provide ongoing support.
