Job summary

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or related business discipline is required.
• 1–2 years of related administrative experience in a professional services environment is preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive onboarding experience for new hires.
• Routinely process background checks and coordinate onboarding activities.
• Coordinate onboarding including training sessions, orientation and payroll paperwork.
• Support recruitment across all stages: posting, interviewing, and offer letters.
• Administer compliance training for staff and new hires.
• Manage Administrative Summer Student program.
• Schedule and record exit interviews.
• Develop reports using HR reporting tools and dashboards.
• Assist with annual performance review process using HR systems.
• Prepare onboarding checklists and HR dashboards.
• Lead HR events such as Take Your Kid to Work Day and Administrative Summer Student Social.
• Support HR projects and provide administrative support to Talent team.
• Respond to internal and external ad hoc requests.
