Job summary

Autism Services in Saskatoon is seeking an HR Administrator to support onboarding and HR operations using HRIS systems. The role involves preboarding, background checks, compliance, and process improvement in a high-volume HR team.

You'll train Hiring Managers and New Hires on the SuccessFactors Onboarding Module, administer background checks, and coordinate scheduling for screenings. This onsite contract position runs 9am-5pm CST.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR administration or HR coordination supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience with SuccessFactors, SAP, or comparable HRIS systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Pre-boarding programs across the business.
• Provide training and guidance on the SuccessFactors Onboarding Module for Hiring Managers and New Hires.
• Administer background checks and scheduling of drug or medical screenings.
• Monitor and review task completion for Hiring Managers and New Hires and escalate issues when required.
• Collaborate with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, IT, and other stakeholders to resolve onboarding issues and improve processes.

Contract, Saskatoon, Onsite, Working Hours: 9am - 5pm CST

Must Haves:

• 3+ years in HR administration or HR coordination supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience with SuccessFactors, SAP, or comparable HRIS systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
• General understanding and experience of Canadian and US HR data, policies, and legislative requirements.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Recruitment, Onboarding, or Employee Central modules within SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Exposure to HR operations covering multi-country employee data.
