Job summary

WELL Health Technologies Corp. in Vancouver, BC is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to support onboarding, HR operations and employee inquiries. You will maintain records, respond to inquiries with care, and help ensure a smooth employee experience from day one.

You will work with experienced HR professionals, gain hands-on exposure across the lifecycle, and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative organization while lifting general office responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, or administrative role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPHR/CHRL or moving toward one is an asset.
• Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and provincial standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Comfort learning and using HRIS, ATS, ticketing platforms and other digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new hires and issue employment agreements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and confidentiality in HR systems.
• Support day-to-day administrative HR operations and inquiries.
• Provide front desk coverage ~2–3 days per week.
• Coordinate office supplies and assist IT with equipment retrieval.
