Crafted Highlights

In the role of a Summer Field Sales Representative in Fredericton, you will be part of the New Brunswick sales teams. You will be exposed to the ever‑growing, fast‑paced beverage industry, engage in real‑world problem solving, and be immersed in social and educational opportunities with other representatives.

The contract is full‑time, beginning in May and ending in August. Upon graduation, representatives may be eligible for full‑time positions within Molson Coors Beverage Company.

This position reports to the Territory Sales Manager and works closely with the Territory Sales Representatives, Merchandisers, and other teams from different functions.

What You’ll Be Brewing
  • Experience sales team training to develop your professional skill set with a focus on sales, marketing, the consumer, and analytics.
  • Merchandising – Setting up signage, merchandise, and promotional materials at accounts and events.
  • Represent Molson Coors as a brand ambassador with consumers, customers, and members within your community.
  • Reporting – Understanding and identifying business performance, distribution, and volume opportunities within on‑premises customers.
  • Present key insights and recommendations as part of a small group, and present to MCBC Leaders at the end of the summer.
Qualifications
  • You are a third or fourth year pursuing a University or College degree.
  • You have the ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and light travel.
  • You have a valid driver’s license with no limitations or restrictions, and will provide a recent Driver’s Abstract. You also have or can obtain a Smart Serve Certificate (or provincial equivalent).
  • You are a resident of, or familiar with, the assigned territory.
  • You have innate empathy for consumers, especially millennials and diverse consumers.
  • You build relationships and collaborate to achieve desired outcomes.
  • You take accountability for results, acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
  • You have a thirst for learning and are always looking for ways to learn and help others grow.
