Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking an OMNI Department Manager to provide customer service and support Online Grocery and Walmart.ca processes. You will help plan and execute duties based on workload and customer traffic, leading by example in customer interactions and product promotion.

The role involves training OMNI Associates, completing back-office setup, and ensuring daily operations and cleanliness standards align with store expectations. Location is Mount Pearl, NL.

Qualifications

• Age – 16 or older.
• Ability to train and develop OMNI Associates? (as described)
• Experience or ability to promote products/services and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Participates in training and development of all OMNI Associates.
• Completes Back Office Setup and related daily reports and workload planning.
• Checks emails and AMP+ for action items.
• Performs daily picks and post-pick activities to maintain Back Office readiness.
• Leads by example by greeting customers and assisting with product promotion and shopping decisions.
