Office Manager - Toronto

We are currently seeking a multi-tasking Office Manager to join our downtown Toronto office. This is a full-time, in-office role, not hybrid.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive office administrative support and coordination.
  • Coordinate with vendors supplying products or services to SENER.
  • Cover administrative duties for project controls or document controls staff as needed.
  • Organize special events hosted or attended by SENER.
  • Manage marketing tasks for SENER Canada.
  • Handle expenses for the Office Director or CEO.
  • Arrange and negotiate travel for guests, new hires, and foreign-based employees.
  • Perform HR-related tasks such as data entry and equipment ordering for new hires.
  • Answer phones and greet visitors to the office.
  • Assist with miscellaneous tasks and projects as required.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED minimum.
  • Experience in engineering firms or project-based industries such as architecture, mining, or engineering services is an asset.
  • Proactive with strong initiative.
  • 4-6 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a strong asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and mindfulness.
