Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services. Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. Perform data entry. Train staff. Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures. Resolve conflict situations. Commission systems and components. Coach. Monitor and evaluate. Oversee payroll administration. Co-ordinate work activities with other departments. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment. Work with on-line accounts and systems. Supervision: 3-4 people. Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic medical records.
