Summit Search Group has proudly partnered with O&T Farms on the recruitment of their newest Senior Office Administrator. Reporting to the CEO, the Senior Office Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing a wide range of business functions across departments. This includes confidential executive support, regulatory and compliance reporting, corporate event planning, internal communication, data management, procurement, and office administration. The role works closely with senior leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and supports a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the CEO and leadership team
  • Coordinate internal communication and manage calendars, reports, and corporate documents
  • Oversee regulatory filings and compliance for CFIA, FDA, USDA, and industry associations
  • Plan and execute internal events, executive meetings, and company-wide communications
  • Manage office operations, vendor contracts, and procurement of supplies and promotional materials
  • Support data organization, reporting, and dashboard development using Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Help maintain a connected, well-run workplace through proactive problem-solving and collaboration

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in administration, office management, or business coordination
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and vendor negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with the confidence to take initiative and manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable with tech tools and learning new systems; SAP and AI familiarity a plus
  • Professional demeanor, good grammar, and strong attention to detail
  • Experience within the Agricultural industry is an asset
