Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Office Manager located on-site in Hamilton, ON. The Office Manager will handle the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep the office running smoothly. Responsibilities include overseeing office operations, managing and mentoring staff, managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, handling accounting-related correspondence, and supporting various departments. The Office Manager will also ensure compliance with company policies and liaise with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

  • Strong administration, office management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Experience with scheduling, time management, and event coordination
  • Proficiency in PBS, Reynolds & Reynolds, and/or CDK accounting software is desired
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with general accounting and supervisory experience is essential
  • Minimum five years of retail automotive accounting experience preferred

Income and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000
