An established educational institution is seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to the Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering. The Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering is looking for a dynamic enthusiastic individual to cover a 3+ month leave of absence for one of our existing staff members. This is a great opportunity to get a foot in the door with the University of Wisconsin and work with a dedicated team to support the students and faculty in the department. The role will manage the main office as described in the detailed responsibilities in this posting.

Applicants are required to have a high school diploma and professional work experience of at least one year in an area such as customer support, retail, sales, finance, events, or other.
Candidates can improve their application with experience in UW systems, international communities, or Workday software. Additional preference may be given to those with a Bachelors degree and demonstrated skill in written or oral communication.
This position requires work be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location.
Terminal appointment.
This position has the possibility to be extended based on need and/or funding.
Minimum $17.00 HOURLY
