Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-loving, team-minded Office Manager/Administrator who can also step into an Executive Assistant role to support leadership in our Chilliwack office. This is a role for someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly, loves bringing order to the details, and enjoys being at the centre of a busy, collaborative team.

Responsibilities
- Act as Executive Assistant - managing calendars, preparing documents, coordinating travel, and supporting leadership with daily priorities
- Coordinate scheduling for events, teams, and travel
- Manage payroll, accounts payable & receivable
- Support operations with onboarding of staff and creating policies/procedures
- Assist with co-hosting Airbnb properties
- Keep the office running smoothly (systems, supplies, organization)
- Take on additional administrative projects as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in administration, office management, or executive support (or a mix that shows you’ve got the skills)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, and QuickBooks - and happy to learn new tools when needed
- Naturally organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for keeping things on track
- Strong communicator who can write clearly, speak confidently, and connect well with the team
- Trustworthy and professional when handling sensitive information
- Experience with payroll, accounts payable/receivable, or bookkeeping is a bonus
- A proactive, can-do attitude - you see what needs to be done and make it happen
- Team-minded, positive, and approachable - you enjoy supporting others and keeping the office energy up
- Flexible and adaptable, ready to jump in on new projects or challenges as they come up
This is a full-time role based on-site in our office in Chilliwack, BC.
