Kativik Ilisarniliriniq is seeking an Office Agent to support the School Operations team under the Coordinator’s supervision, performing a range of established administrative tasks with accuracy and care.
Responsibilities include booking accommodations and travel, processing financial service requests, reconciling credit cards, organizing records, setting up meeting rooms and snacks, and handling related duties.

Under the supervision of the Coordinator of School Operations, the Office Agent carries out, according to established methods and procedures, various complex administrative duties including the following:
Secondary School Diploma or Diploma of Vocational Studies in office administration, and one (1) year of relevant experience.
The School Board may, at its discretion, waive any or all of the afore-mentioned qualification requirements if it finds a suitable candidate who is a beneficiary of the James Bay and Northern Québec Agreement (JBNQA) and who accepts, as a condition of employment, to follow a training plan determined by the Board.
35 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
In accordance with the AENQ collective agreement for support staff, this position belongs to job category 4102: from $25.61 to $28.65 an hour depending on qualification and experience. All benefits are prorated based on the percentage of the task.
