Job summary

Cambria Financial Solutions Inc is seeking an Office Administrator to join its dynamic Surrey team. This on-site role supports daily office operations and ensures smooth administrative processes.

Qualifications

  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent required.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
  • On-site work at Surrey location; no remote option.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services (equipment, supplies, parking, maintenance).
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and record-keeping.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
